After a busy Australian summer, Estate Master Farr 40 Sailing Team is preparing to head to North America.
With the decision made to compete in the 2014 Rolex Farr 40 World Championship,  Estate Master will also be attending the Rolex Big Boat series in September and the Farr 40 West Coast Championship in July.
With sail and rig development already under way, once in the USA we will introduce specialist coaching in a bid to give Estate Master the best chance possible to claim the title of 2014 Farr 40 World Champion.
We will spend the first event assessing our speed and crew work against the USA fleet. After that a plan will be made to work on eliminating any weak spots before we get to our final event before the worlds, San Francisco Big Boat Series.
A great team has been assembled, combining some of the best up and coming yachtsman in Australia along with 4 professionals that have some 15 plus world titles to there names.
To be held in the same waters as the recent Americas Cup, San Francisco will be a big challenge, one that the team will enjoy.
In a combined total this team has competed in no less than forty Farr 40 World Championships. That experience will certainly count come October when an estimated 25 teams from 6 countries will be fighting it out on San Francisco bay.
